Brief Biography

Meg is super friendly and extremely smart. Guided by her former owners, Dr. Leslie and Ken Phillips, her exceptional behavior earned her a CGC (Canine Good Citizen) title, but the trainer who certified her failed to send the results to AKC and attempts by Dr. Phillips to locate her have failed. Nonetheless, it is obvious when you meet her that the title was earned.

There is not a mean bone in Meg's body. She is VERY driven to retrieve birds and has an exceptional tracking nose. She is among the first to find varmints that are brought in and dropped alive in our home. Despite her eagerness to hunt, she loves the affection of family and strangers alike.
