Flashing Star CHAMPION-SIRED PUPS Flashing Star

From one of the Top 10 Rated Poodles in 2008

Smiley Walking Dog BORN MAY 22, 2008 (READY TO HOME NOW). Sire's hunting instincts are unknown, beyond a proven desire to retrieve bumpers. Dam has no hunting instincts.

MALES (Rose X Val pups):

869 Taken 7-22-08    869 Taken 7-22-08

869 - Scored Mostly 3s and is also an Average 3 on the Volhard Aptitude Test, described as: "This pup is outgoing and friendly and will adjust well in situations in which he receives regular training and exercise. He has a flexible temperament that adapts well to different types of environment, provided he is handled correctly. May be too much dog for a family with small children or an elderly couple who are sedentary."

FF4 Taken 7-22-08  FF4 Taken 7-22-08

FF4 (we call him "TONKA" because he is very square and stocky) - Scored an "Average" 4 on the Volhard Aptitude Test, described as: "He should be an easily controlled, adaptable puppy whose submissive nature will make him continually look to his master for leadership. This pup is easy to train, reliable with kids, and though he may lack self-confidence, makes a high-quality family pet. He is usually less outgoing than a pup scoring in the 3's, but his demanor is gentle and affectionate."

He scored "Mostly" 3s on the Volhard test (which means his temperament will most likely fall between a 3 and a 4). A 3 is described as: "This pup is outgoing and friendly and will adjust well in situations in which he receives regular training and exercise. He has a flexible temperament that adapts well to different types of environment, provided he is handled correctly. May be too much dog for a family with small children or an elderly couple who are sedentary."

The pups above are identified by the last 3 digits of their microchip numbers. All pups received their first shots 7/04/08 at 6 weeks of age. Dew claws have been removed and tails are cropped. They have been temperament tested using the Volhard Puppy Aptitude test.

The above pictures were taken 7/22/08 at 8 weeks of age.

Am CH Antigua Don't Look Back     Rose Head Shot

Rose (right) and Am/GR CH Antigua Don't Look Back (aka "Valentino," pictured left) delivered 8 pups May 22, 2008. Click to learn about Rose and Valentino. Valentino is out of AM CH Huffish Another Point of View and AM CH Lily White Wilson, TP. He was rated one of the Top 10 poodles of 2008 by the United Kennel Club.

Click to view Rose's Pedigree, Valentino's Pedigree, and Rose X Valentino Pups' Pedigree. Valentino is owned by Susan and Brian Cook and Helen Satterfield of Marquis Diamond Kennels in California who graciously allowed us to use him for our very social Rose.

We are ACCEPTING INQUIRIES. Rose is a very social, loving, sound, well-conformed girl, out of IABCA CH MKM Cassiopiea Rading Winds. The International All Breed Canine Association awards Championships based on a dog's ability to meet the standard for its breed (dogs are not competing against other dogs, only the standard). You can see her mom and half brother, Ralph, at Raiding Winds Standard Poodles or at the Tyner Grooming Salon in Cedar City, Utah (they go to work with their owner every day). Valentino is very full of life, as one would expect from a champion. He is loving and quite the clown.

Val and Rose's pups will have a very low 10-generation COI of 0.54%. Surprisingly, even with little more than a dozen dogs in 10 generations who aren't conformation champions, Valentino has a low 10-generation COI of 2.16%. He is beautiful and watching him move takes one's breath away. He and Rose's pups will be STUNNING and well-tempered.

This is the only tuxedo in the litter. He is predominantly black, with 4 white feet and a broad white band on his chest. He is a quiet lover. He is usually the last to approach visitors to the pen, but as you love others, he will paw at you to remind you of his presence.

This male is distinguished from the rest by a white body. He has a black spot around his tail and an almost entirely black head. He is right beside his parti sister in being the first to seek attention from those approaching the pen.

FEMALES:

Solid White Female Taken 7-12-08     Solid White Female Taken 7-12-08

This sweet and curious girl is the only solid-colored pup in the litter. She is a very brave pup and usually leads the litter in exploration. She is very affectionate.

Parti Female Taken 7-12-08     Parti Female Taken 7-12-08

Another very curious and loving pup. She is usually the first to greet visitors to the puppy pen and loves to kiss. She has a white body, with a black spot around her tail and, with the exception of a white beard, has an almost entirely black head.

The pups shown above at 29 days of age belong to Heather Bryan of Prodigy Poodles. Heather will be travelling to a lot of conformation shows this summer, so we are fostering Sydney (the mom) and her adorable pups. In total, there is one solid female (cream/white), one parti girl and four parti boys (one of which is a tuxedo). The pups have had dew claws removed but are in full-tail.

These pups are amazingly athletic and would make excellent performance dogs. If you are interested in one of these pups, please contact Heather at (623) 810-9920 or by email at prodigyaz@hotmail.com or us at pudelpassion@aol.com.

Sherman (left) and Sydney (right) delivered the 6 beautiful pups shown above on June 13 , 2008. Click to learn about Sydney and Sherman. Sherman's mom has many outstanding champion poodles in her line, all of which are evidenced by clicking on his Pedigree. His sire's pedigree contributed to his parti-factor gene. Sydney comes from some of the nicest parti lines in America, as evidenced by her Pedigree.
